We always want you to be satisfied with your purchase. For apparel, you may return most items which are unused with the tags attached, within 14 days of delivery for a refund (excluding original shipping charges, if any). We will pay for return shipping via a pre-paid UPS Ground label. We do not accept returns on accessories or on sale items.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the "Return Item(s)" button. You will be given instructions on how to obtain your UPS return label and we will keep you updated on the status of your refund via email. If you have any problems, please feel free to contact customer service.

We ship to any address in the continental United States. We generally ship out all orders received by 2pm pacific time on the day it is received (except on weekends), but occasionally we may require a 1-2 day handling period.
On orders over $50.00 (before taxes and shipping) we offer free shipping! Otherwise, we charge a flat $6.95 shipping charge. Shipping is generally provided by UPS Ground (delivery typically takes 1 to 5 business days). Occasionally, depending on the time of order or weight of the package, shipping may be provided by USPS Priority Mail.
On most items we also provide the option for shipping by UPS 2nd Day Air. We charge for shipping via this method based on the estimated quote provided to us by UPS.
Please note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights may be rounded up to the next full pound.
When possible, we try to combine items from multiple orders into the same package. This helps us reduce the number of packages we need to send to you, so you receive fewer packages and have less packaging material to dispose of when you receive your orders.
